Body Prayers are channeled structures of divine light which come to help us with our evolutionary journey.
You can imagine them like anchors ⚓️ which secure into your whole being new high vibrations, new habits, new ways of dealing with old problems. They help integrate transformational work from the other three modalities into your energy field so it stays with you for good.
🔥You will learn and practice movement sequences anyone can do paired with visualization, intending and transformational words. Through practice, you will recognize these movements as structures of divine light, here to heal, re-align, and gently transform you in harmony with your energy system's readiness.

When you practice in the ways in which they have been channeled, specific aspects of intent-full divine light 🔥 recognizes the call and comes to you to do the work of your prayer. If you repeat and practice daily for a while, it’s as if you accumulate layers upon layers of light.
If you persist, this light reaches a tipping point where it is more powerful than a habit you had, or maybe even a health condition you’ve been dealing with.

With the practice of Body Prayers you insert loads of light where there is darkness and limitation. This light is able to push out many things that have become obsolete. 🔥 The range is vast:

fear-based behavioral patterns;
chronic physical, mental, psychological and spiritual conditions;

Most are done standing/in motion, and once learned, are between 3 to 10 minutes each, and a very few are longer.

Think Qi Gong, T’ai Chi, Kung Fu, Yoga, Nei Kung, Sufi practices, and more recently Tensegrity from the lineage of Carlos Castaneda.
Think also of the voice-centered ancient practices like Indian Raga, chanting, mantras and sacred songs of the Native Traditions of the world. All are working with vibration in motion and sound and imagination, channeling high vibrational energy into the fabric of the consciousness of humanity.
Body Prayers do just that, as it’s needed today, in our time.

I first heard the words “there is only one human body on this planet” from a spiritual teacher, Andrew Cohen, in the early 90ies and it ignited something within me.
Years later, Salvia Divinorum, a plant teacher I was apprenticing with, showed me through a 25-year-long methodical curriculum what this means and how it feels.
During this time, following guidance, I learned skills to help me bring forward the gift of this teaching to the world. The result is a body of work I call “body prayers,” or sometimes “tales of light.” They emerged through the practice of kinesthetic channeling I learned from energy medicine teachers.
I have been stunned by the beauty of these poetic, gentle movements and their liberating effect on my life. I am humbly in gratitude for the wisdom of the many teachers in my life and I aim only to bring their work forward so humanity can benefit.
